Where we deliver

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States: the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside this area. Please use a physical street address rather than a P.O. box.

Processing and transit are separate

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After dispatch, estimated standard transit is 2–7 days. These are separate periods; transit begins once the carrier receives the package. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Standard shipping costs

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $59 or more after discounts and before tax. For orders below $59, standard shipping is $6.99. The applicable charge appears in your bag and at checkout after you enter an eligible address.

Tracking and delivery changes

When your order ships, we provide tracking details by email. Carrier scans may take time to update. Weather, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will email a revised shipment date and explain your choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. Where your consent is required and we do not receive it, we will cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund the amount paid.

Check your street address, apartment number and ZIP code carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, an address change may not be possible.

If something goes astray

If tracking shows a delivery you cannot locate, check the delivery area and household members, then contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or the wrong item is inside, keep the packaging and contact us. We will help arrange an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy.
