Shopping with Frolic Knits
Our collection is intended for adult women. You must be at least 18, or have the legal capacity and permission required in your jurisdiction, to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address information and use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes.
Product information and fit
We aim to describe each cardigan accurately. Colors can look different across screens and lighting. Measurements are taken from garments and can vary slightly; follow the tolerance shown on the product page. Size labels are style-specific rather than a promise of standard U.S. sizing. Read the measurements and fabric information before choosing.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout. We do not use a crossed-out price to imply a discount where none exists. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an automated acknowledgment does not by itself confirm acceptance. We may contact you about an availability problem, an inaccurate listing or suspected misuse. If an order cannot be accepted, any amount collected for it will be refunded.
We may correct a material listing or pricing error. If a correction affects your order, we will explain it and give you the option to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Delivery, returns and privacy
We deliver only to the area described in our Shipping Policy. Processing and transit estimates are separate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Using the site responsibly

We are responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
